Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable under the French Intellectual Property Code.
Privacy policy (GDPR)
AgenIA takes the protection of your personal data seriously, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
Data collected
The site collects data in two cases only. The first is when you voluntarily fill in a form:
- Contact form: name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message.
- Download forms (Resources pages): first name, email address and phone number, entered to unlock access to a guide or a checklist.
- Newsletter subscription (homepage footer): email address, entered next to a tick box that is never pre-checked.
The second is the audience measurement described below, which asks you for nothing and cannot recognise you.
Audience measurement
Every page you read is counted. What is recorded is the page address, the site that sent you there if any, the date and time, the country worked out from your IP address, and the time zone your browser declares.
Your IP address is not kept: the country is worked out from it on arrival, then it is forgotten. No cookie and no visitor identifier is used, which has a direct consequence: two visits by the same person cannot be linked, so what is counted is page views, not visitors. This data is neither shared nor sold, and serves only to know which pages are read. The legal basis is legitimate interest, the measurement being anonymous and limited to that single use.
Purpose & legal basis
Contact form data is used to answer your enquiry and to manage our relationship. Data entered on the Resources pages is used to send you the content you asked for and to contact you about AgenIA's services (commercial prospecting). The address entered for the newsletter is used to keep you informed of AgenIA's news by email, and nothing else. In all three cases it is neither sold nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form and by the dedicated tick box.
Processors
These forms are delivered by the Web3Forms service, which forwards the data to AgenIA by email. The forms and the audience measurement are also recorded with Supabase, on servers located in the European Union (Ireland).
Beyond the site, four services are involved when we deal with you, and a fifth is planned:
- Booking a meeting — Calendly (Calendly LLC, United States): the “Talk to an expert” buttons open its booking page. Your name, email address, time slot and anything you write to prepare the meeting are entered there by you. Nothing is passed on until you click.
- Video calls — Zoom (Zoom Communications, Inc., United States), when a meeting takes place that way.
- Meeting notes — Granola (Granola, hosted in the United States): a meeting is only transcribed if you agreed to it at the start. The audio recording is not kept, only the notes are.
- Reading public web pages — Firecrawl (United States): to prepare a meeting or an audit, we may have your company's website read. Only pages that are already public are read.
- Sending the newsletter — Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France, European Union): sending will go through this service once it starts. No address has been passed to it so far.
Transfers to the United States rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for Calendly and Zoom, which are certified under it, and failing that on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The legal basis is your request for a meeting (pre-contractual measures) and, for transcribing a meeting, your consent.
Retention period
Messages are kept for as long as is needed to handle your enquiry, then archived or deleted. Audience measurement data is erased after 25 months, by an automatic monthly purge. A newsletter address is kept for 3 years from sign-up, unless you unsubscribe sooner — write to contact@agenia.pro.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise those rights, write to contact@agenia.pro. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The fonts are hosted on the site itself: no data is sent to any third-party service when you simply read the pages.
One single thing is kept in your browser: the language you chose, if you used the FR/EN switch or dismissed the bar offering the other version. It serves only to stop asking you again. It never leaves your device, is never sent to us, and disappears when you clear your browsing data.
