Data collected
The site collects data only when you voluntarily fill in a form:

- Download forms (Resources pages): first name, email address and phone number, entered to unlock access to a guide or a checklist.
Purpose & legal basis
Contact form data is used to answer your enquiry and to manage our relationship. Data entered on the Resources pages is used to send you the content you asked for and to contact you about AgenIA's services (commercial prospecting). In both cases it is neither sold nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form (and, for the Resources, by the dedicated tick box).
Processor
These forms are delivered by the Web3Forms service, which forwards the data to AgenIA by email.
Retention period
Messages are kept for as long as is needed to handle your enquiry, then archived or deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise those rights, write to contact@agenia.pro. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The fonts are hosted on the site itself: no data is sent to any third-party service when you simply read the pages.
