What being nearby changes, and what it does not
Software gets used from anywhere, and our clients are not all neighbours. But the first step gains a great deal from happening in person: watching how an order really arrives, who re-types it, into which file, and what happens when it is incomplete. That kind of detail does not survive a video call — it has to be seen.
What does not change: once the tool is in place, everything happens in the browser, and distance stops mattering.
Working in English, based in France
The Geneva basin runs on English as much as on French, and an automation project that is scoped in one language and delivered in another loses something at every handover. So we run the whole thing in English when that is what suits you: the audit, the workshops, the documentation, the training and the support. Two things stay in French, and we say so plainly — the interfaces of our four published products, which we localise on request as part of a project, and our own legal and contractual documents, which are governed by French law.

- Prototype — a version that works on your own data in two to six weeks, to check the value is there before committing to a rollout.

Where we travel
From Desingy, halfway between Annecy and the Geneva border, we travel across Haute-Savoie and the neighbouring départements: Annecy and its urban area, Rumilly, Seyssel, Frangy, Saint-Julien-en-Genevois, Annemasse and the French side of the Geneva border, Thonon-les-Bains, Évian, the Arve valley up to Cluses and Sallanches, as well as Bellegarde / Valserhône, Aix-les-Bains and Chambéry. Geneva itself is twenty minutes from Saint-Julien.
Beyond that area the work is done remotely — which is the case for most of the people using our software, across France and further afield.

A software publisher that already knows your trade starts several months ahead. Four sectors each have their own product:

Frequently asked questions
Do we need an "AI strategy" first?
No, and it is usually the other way round: the projects that succeed start from one specific task that irritates everybody, not from a general ambition.
Do you work with very small organisations?
Yes. A fifteen-cover restaurant, a three-person estate agency: the short-iteration approach exists precisely so the first step stays small.
Where is our data hosted?
In the European Union, and partitioned per client: a query that does not carry your organisation's context returns no rows rather than all of them. The detail is in the privacy policy.
Do you work with companies based in Switzerland?
Travelling there, yes — Saint-Julien and Annemasse are twenty minutes from Geneva. Beyond that, a Swiss company falls under a different legal and tax framework, including for data protection, where the FADP applies alongside or instead of the GDPR. We talk that through before committing either way.
Can contracts and invoices be issued in English?
Proposals and reports, yes. Contracts and invoices are issued under French law and in French, with an English translation supplied for information when you need one.
